let's nerd out together, shall we?

i don't know about you, but i'm pretty excited for the star wars clone wars cartoon series tonight!!!!!

i know this is probably the nerdiest post i've ever written, but i'm cool with that. tonight at 9pm you can probably guarantee that i'll be on my couch watching cartoon network. okay actually, that's a lie. boyfriend is out of town and blake is with his dad, so really- i won't be on my couch watching the show. but i am dvr'ing it! and then that way i can watch it with blake when he gets home! and then you can probably guarantee that every friday night i do have blake, we'll be on the couch watching the show!

listen, if you hated the movie, i promise you that the show is 100 times better. i promise you that this show is unlike anything you've ever seen cartoon-wise on television. this is no jimmy neutron (although i loved that little guy)... this is no spongebob.. i totally think of this show more along the lines of how i felt about alias (remember that show on ABC). i felt like alias was like a total kick ass action movie squeezed into an hour each week. i think clone wars is like that. it's a mini movie each week! and i can't wait!!!!!

what about you? your kids? your husband? lol

I'll have to check that out then. I miss Alias. Especially the first few seasons before they dumbed it up a bit.

Wait! Wait! Before I proceed in stalking you, I must be clear on your Spongebob stance. Do you or do you not think that it is the most awesome show about underwater sea life of our time?

Jennster: I'm afraid our relationship hinges on this. I hate to call you out so early in our courtship, but you really had it coming when you called me a hooker. I was flattered.

If you give me the answer that I desire I shall think about giving Clone Wars a try. I hope it won't be a big let down like last night's debate though.

Oh, and another thing. About Alias? I remember hearing a critic review the plot summary of the pilot episode. I was all, She's a college student who's boyfriend dies and then she is forced to wear cool Britney Spears wigs and hawt leather pants and work for the CIA? I'm so there. My husband and I argued about the believability of this story line. Then he gave up because he remembered that I totally was into the plot line of Flashdance too. Who doesn't love a feel good story about a girl who really wants to be a classically trained dancer, but spends her days as a welder and her nights as a striper (ENTERTAINER) while dating her boss and eating lobster in the most grotesque way possible?

Sorry about the two long guest/comment posts here.

hmmmm maybe I'll check it out.

Oh how I miss Alias. I mean, I own all the seasons on DVD, but it's just not the same.

glad we're all agreed on the fact that alias totally kicked ass (at least for the first couple of season)...

jenbo- the pressure. i mean the fact that you're going to break up with me over the guy who lives in the pineapple under the sea truly isn't fair. i mean, shouldn't you dump me over something more important- like whether or not i think meredith on grey's anatomy should just kill herself already or not?! :)

Oh that bitch should die. Definitely. :)

Oh yeah, baby. I'm a total Star Wars Geek. The movie sucked ass, but I have high hopes for the series. I was out of town Friday night and my son & huz watched it w/o me. Hmph. So I'll be catching up on it today.
