REJECTED!

that's what our offer was. rejected. no counter-offer. no nothing. just reject.

which makes me laugh. literally. cracks me up. don't ask why... but i can't type this without laughing. i wish you could see me right now.

apparently the shithead realtor was a total jerk about our offer to the dream team. and said he was going to raise the price on the house, if anything. and that just makes me laugh even more. yeah buddy, good luck with that.

and as for us, i guess we keep looking!

Just wasn't right we went through 32 places and made 12 offers and had them all rejected before we settled on this and we both knew it was right. Got to be kinda of funny!RE....JECTED AGAIN! LOL!

Be prepared.

You'll be rejected more and then counter offered and then rejected anyway...Until you find the house and the house finds you...

When it's mean to be it will be.

I promise.

You'd think that a rejection would equal sadness, but it totally doesn't, huh?? The first house I made an offer on, I offered $15,000 less than they had it listed for (that's normal around here). The first floor was falling into the basement, the yard was nearly dirt, and the wood flooring was a wreck. And they rejected my offer.

They ended up not selling it at all and lost it in foreclosure. I laughed forever about that one.

That is just wierd.. An all out rejection? WTF.

Dealing with a crappy realtor sucks. (When we bought the house we have now, the seller's realtor was horrible and bad mouthed her client to our realtor. And it was more stressful than it should have been.

Feel for the sellers of that house...

You didn't sound like you really wanted it anyway, so you're better off.

I'm sorry to hear about the offer being rejected. Take it as a sign that maybe bad things were to come and a better house will come along! I know it. :)

They didn't even counter offer? Their realtor sucks! Well, you're better off anyway because you didn't seem all that into that house. Like others above me said, when it's meant to be, it will happen. You'll feel it. :)

Keep lookin'!!

you don't sound too broken up about it...so it wasn't that important to you. The right house will come along, and you'll just KNOW it.

Your house is out there. Be patient. And prices should be dropping, so the wait might be a good thing...
