and she's still working out

some of you have been emailing me and asking me about my weight loss progression (non existant) and if i'm still working out.

yes, i'm still working out. i will tell you that i did this video workout that had my legs so freaking sore, i couldn't walk properly for 3 days. and the day after, i would literally fall onto the toilet when i had to pee. picture this- my legs were so sore that i couldn't hold myself up... so when i was going to sit down on the toilet (to pee because girls don't poo), i couldn't stop myself from falling. i fell everytime. like a big ole crashing ass onto the seat. and of course i had to literally use all my arm strength to pull myself off the damn thing. what the hell? i am beyond straying.

working out.. yes! losing weight... NO! but i must admit that i have not been eating healthy or nearly as fabulous as i should. and i am definitely an lose/gain weight person solely based on what i shove into my mouth.

so anyway, that's it!

first dance lesson tonight! WISH US LUCK! :)

Good luck.

'Girls don't poo' may become my new slogan.

Was it the video that I told you about? 'Cause that one will do it to you too. And, who cares about the weight loss. You're toning up!

Is the song country, at least?

it was this video called PS90X or something like that.. sounds like a damn xbox...
it kicked my ass, but it was fun while you do it. it's hard, but cool. i like it! it is a 3 month plan, or some shit like that.

song = country, yes. of course.

I BEGGED my husband to take dance lessons with me for our wedding and he wouldn't do it. So we looked like the biggest DORKS at our reception dancing like we were in the sixth grade. Arms around each other just sort of swaying in a circle. DORKS!

I'm sure you and your honey will look fabulous dancing together.

I would pay to watch you two in your dance lessons.

And stop weighing yourself. Muscle weighs more than, not muscle, so weighing yourself is deceiving. Because if you're working out, you're increasing muscle, so you may actually gain weight, but that's okay. It will move things around and you'll be healthier and your body will thank you, but not really, because it really can't say, "Thank you, Ster", unless you consider your big non-smelling farts to be "Thank you" signals.

My brother and his wife took lessons. They looked fabulous on the dance floor. Very impressive and they had alot of fun learning.

The thought of you falling onto the toilet made me snort. I'm sorry. But you just look so tall and graceful, normally.
