girlfriend, you need to change your program... try yoga or pilates... maybe your body needs more stretching and pampering.

i say this because, clearly, i hate the fucking ellipical.

I knew I heard something rumbling. Thought it was gas. Guess not..

tee hee...

I hope you are not just doing one thing at the gym. You will get bored. Vary your routine you will see a difference...

I bet you're more toned now though. Don't forget, muscle weighs more than fat, so you may be slimmer, but not lose the weight.

I agree with Kristin! Change it up Girl, keep your body guessing.

I've FINALLY started to see results after 7 weeks of cardio and weight training. Not much but it's something.

Sorry, but I just can't stand when people say muscle weighs more than fat. People, 1 lb of muscle is the same as 1 lb of fat. Just like 1 lb of feathers is the same at 1 lb of bricks. 1 pound = 1 pound.

What you should really say is that the more you use your muscles, the more water you retain, because muscle needs water to funtion properly. So the more muscle you gain/use, the more water you retain, so you sometimes show no weight loss for a few weeks, because of the water gain.

There, I'm done.

I'm telling you, this video I have is the answer to everything.

the person who said the 1 pound=1 pound thing is correct, but missing the point...1 pound of feathers would take up far more space than 1 pound of bricks (I hope everyone can agree on that)...and the same with body fat and muscle, muscle is more dense than fat and requires less space..so hopefully you're looking leaner, but the muscle is what is keeping your weight up

You might not be losing weight yet, but you are sure to be getting rid of body fat
